Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the sparringer.eu website and describe the framework in which services are offered. By using the website you acknowledge these terms.

2. The website is informational

The website presents the Sparringer service (fractional leadership on a monthly subscription and one-off consultations). It is a presentation, not an online shop. Sending a form is a non-binding enquiry; it does not create a contract and does not oblige you to pay anything.

3. How an engagement is formed

A binding engagement arises only from a separate written agreement (including e-mail) between you and the Provider, in which the scope, price, term and other conditions are set. Until then, information on the website is indicative.

4. Prices

• Prices shown are final and no VAT is added.
• Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance for the agreed scope.
• A subscription can be cancelled at any time; the running month is completed and the subscription ends on its last day.
• Figures marked "on request" are agreed individually.

5. Intellectual property

The content of the website (texts, design, logo, articles) belongs to the Provider or is used with permission. You may not copy or distribute it without consent, except for ordinary personal use of the published articles.

6. Liability

The website is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on general information published here. This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumer rights under mandatory law remain unaffected; a consumer may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
