Isn’t this just a few hours a month?
You’re not buying hours, you’re buying direction and ownership. A senior decision takes an hour; its absence costs months. The hours are capacity for leadership, not a bank of tasks.
Why a fixed fee, and not success based?
Commission compensates a salesperson. We lead a whole area: strategy, negotiations, team. A success fee would bend decisions toward short term deals. Fairness comes from cancellation: every month, the leadership has to earn its place.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. The scope is monthly capacity. The value is that the area has leadership and holds its direction.
