Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use sparringer.eu and, in particular, when you send a message through a form on this website. It follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data is processed and why
When you submit a contact, plan or call-back form, the following data is processed:
- identification and contact details you provide: first and last name, company (optional), e-mail, phone number;
- the content of your message.
Purposes and legal bases:
- Responding to your enquiry and taking steps prior to a possible contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- Legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in the service and keeping records of enquiries — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing the data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply.
3. Recipients and processors
Your data may be handled by the following service providers acting as processors:
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) — delivery of form submissions to our e-mail. Submitting a form transfers the data to this provider, including a transfer to the United States under the provider's contractual safeguards.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU) — website hosting.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website delivery and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that does not identify individual visitors.
Data is not sold and is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Analytics is provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not collect personal data. See the Cookie Policy for details.
5. How long data is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and the periods required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted at the latest within 24 months, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
